Stelera Broadband is a new Wireless Internet Services Provider based in Oklahoma City. We currently own FCC licenses to provide Advanced Wireless Services in over 300 cities across the United States.
Stelera is currently looking for an experienced Technical/Customer Support Representative. This position is responsible for providing technical support to customers by researching and answering questions and troubleshooting problems. This position will address all incoming customer calls and will resolve the situation in a timely manner.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain a service and support presence which will ensure/maintain continued satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
Assist in the resolution of customer problems, issues, questions and concerns that are of a more routine nature, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Report line problems/outages to management and document troubles.
Writing and maintaining customer documentation in the internal system.
Answering customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding customers through corrective steps.
Improve system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
Ability to handle a variety of customer issues including but not limited to connectivity issues, billing, customer access.
Job Requirements
Experience or education equivalent of Associate’s degree.
Three to five years experience in a customer support function in telecommunications, the cellular industry, data processing and/or information management in a technical capacity.
Strong written, communication, follow-up and leadership skills
Intermediate MS Office computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Flexibility to work shifts
