Honeywell Building Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Energy Analyst to perform physical surveys of large commercial buildings in order to collect infrastructure data and analyze the buildings operation.
As an expert in HVAC mechanical systems you use your expertise to determine how your customers HVAC systems and pneumatic controls operate in their facility, with the goal of providing an energy efficient solution that incorporates Honeywell Building Solutions services and products.

Honeywell Building Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Energy Analyst to perform physical surveys of large commercial buildings in order to collect infrastructure data and analyze the buildings operation.
As an expert in HVAC mechanical systems you use your expertise to determine how your customers HVAC systems and pneumatic controls operate in their facility, with the goal of providing an energy efficient solution that incorporates Honeywell Building Solutions services and products.
Additional duties of your position:
- Identify and analyze alternatives such as improved operational techniques and / or new equipment that could substantially reduce energy cost
- Interact with the direct customer to analyze their building systems
- Collaborate with the Sales team and Energy Engineers in developing the audit report for the customer which will recommend changes in equipment, processes or operations to produce energy cost savings.

Basic Qualifications Needed:
- Associates degree or 60 units of credits from an HVAC Technical school.
- 2 years of experience in HVAC technical services in the large commercial, healthcare, government or industrial markets.
Additional Qualifications
- CEM or LEED experience
- Experience performing energy calculations
Mechanical Engineers and HVAC Technicians encouraged to apply.
