Description:
Technical Help Desk Analyst positions are available in Far North Dallas, Richardson, Carrollton, Addison, and Plano areas. The positions are 100% phone support. Please see the requirements below, if you are qualified, please send your resume today for review.
Principals only. No third parties. W-2 positions.
Volt is an EOE company.
Requirements:
Must have 1 or more years experience as a Technical Help Desk Analyst.
Must have excellent phone communication skills.
Tier I positions require troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and printers.
Tier II positions require mid to high level troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, VPN, printers, and Active Directory.
Degree is preferred but not required.
You MUST have technical troubleshooting skills to be considered for this client.
