We are looking to hire several employees for full-time employment with a starting wage of $12 per hour.  We are located in Ft. Wayne, IN.  We offer paid training and medical/dental/life insurance as well as paid time-off! 

Requirements:

Must have excellent attitude about work.

Must have excellent people and customer service skills.

Possess high energy and willingness to learn!

Must be able to comprehend new information quickly.

Must have a sound understanding of PC hardware and Windows XP.

Strong knowledge of Internet concepts and browser usage.

Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technology.

A+ and/or N+ certifications desired, but not necessary.

This job is for phone technical support, you must have technical skills to qualify for a position.  You will be asked to take a technical assessment during your interview process.

With the above requirements and our PAID training you will sail with success and further yourself both personally and professionally.  A byproduct of your success is our success to deliver quality service to our client.  This is a helpdesk position, you will NOT be asked to sell any products or services.  We do ask that you provide quality service to those who contact you and represent our company with professionalism and integrity.  In this position you will NOT work with the general public, just our client’s employees and service partners.
