As a Program Manager for this effort you will:

• Understand the platform technologies involved in building specific mobile applications.
  
• Drive onboard and ongoing engagements with identified ISVs.
  
• Work with the ISV and contract staff to accomplish application development goals.
  
• Develop and manage a project plan and release schedule for the application development efforts.
  
• Provide regular status updates on the application development effort across all identified ISVs.
  
• Manage application and solution delivery from conception to final deployment.
  
• Responsible for driving multiple programs from project initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers on technical and business matters creating or reviewing multiple functional specifications that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
  
• Builds relationships with multiple Product Managers & Product Unit Managers and provides them with technical and analytical information.
  
• Organizes cross functional activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints.

Requirements:

Technical Program Manager Qualifications:

• An estimated 4 years of work related Mobile Technology experience is needed for this position.
  
• Experience with mobile technologies such as: J2ME, BREW, Symbian and Windows Mobile.
  
• Experience with Internet technologies and Web Services based applications and solutions.
  
• Experience in developing applications within a startup group is a huge plus but not required.
  
• Strong problem solving and solution design skills are a must.
  
• Strong project management skills are a must coupled with ability to manage remote development.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Good cross team collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to build solid business/work relationships.
