Technical Project Manager

We are actively recruiting for an experienced professional to fill the role of a Healthcare Project Manager.  This is an opportunity for a long-term contract position working in the Baton Rouge, LA Headquarter Offices of our client.

Our client is the Bayou State's largest health insurer, providing health insurance products and related services to more than 1.1 million members across Louisiana.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate’s daily responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage project schedule and planning activities
• Coordinate resources with other managers
• Identify risks/ issues and escalate to next level
• Set timeframes and priorities for projects
• Help with implementation tasks and test plans

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience within a large Website Conversion Project and/or Large Software Development projects
• PMP Certification
• Healthcare experience a must
