Must be a technical PM with C#.Net

The position is for a contract employee to work as a project manager in the Global Systems development team.  I expect the duration to be from now through September 2010.  We are interested in converting to a permanent employee at some point, so please only submit candidates that are open to perm and include salary requirements.  The primary role for this person is to manage assigned projects and all that entails.  A copy of the job description is attached and detail requirements are listed below.

Position requirements:

·         5+ years previous experience in IT development

·         Working knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework

·         Working knowledge of VB6

·         Working knowledge of SQL

·         Previous experience in a management role

·         Previous experience in a development lead role

·         Previous experience creating project schedules and ensuring adherence to milestones

·         Previous experience capturing requirements and working with Business Analyst resources

·         Previous experience managing contract resources

·         Previous experience managing a project budget

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Office

·         Working knowledge of PMO and governance tools

It is a plus for the candidate to have:

·         Previous experience working in a retail environment

·         Project Management Certification
