Technical and QA Support Engineer
Technical and QA Support Engineer Requirements - 3+ years in a technical support group
- 1+ years in a quality assurance group
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating system
- Ability to successfully resolve multiple issues concurrently
- Ability to communicate with internal groups
- Strong writing skills to track support requests and resolution
- Experience with supporting users in foreign countries is a plus
- Experience with the RT Ticket system is a plus
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have previously worked within a technical support team. The engineer must be able to multi-task well; communicating with both remote users as well as the internal groups. The candidate should have a solid background creating and managing support documentation.
