Due to our continued growth, we have an immediate opportunity for a talented technical recruiter with the following: Candidate will possess minimum 10 to 12 years recruiting experience in the staffing services industry with strong technical understanding of Wireless Telecom; Project Management, Systems Integration, Network Systems and Field Engineering/EF&I. Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, 3G/4G/LTE technologies.

Work Responsibilities:

The Recruiter will source technical professionals for contract/project based opportunities within the US, review resumes, provide technical analysis and skills evaluations, utilize state of the art ATS to effectively manage resources; build multiple recruiting networks, social networks and related recruiting sources.

Candidate should have the perception and ability to cold call candidates, communicate and qualify candidates with wireless technologies and negotiate opportunities. 

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree, BA, BS or equivalent

Minimum of 10 years recruiting experience technical recruiting/staffing to include:

5 years Telecom recruiting experiecne or Telecom Engineering requirerd

Strong written and verbal communications and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills.

Able to multi-task effectively
