Job Description
IT Jobs Source is seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruiting and possess a solid technical competency. The candidate must be highly self-motivated. The ideal candidate will be confident in identifying and presenting active and passive candidates, understanding client’s needs and initiatives, screen candidates technically and interpersonally, and capable of properly presenting candidates to account managers and client contacts. The candidate must also have access to a working environment conducive to conducting business virtually. Direct client/candidate interface may be necessary. This position offers a base wage plus commission.
Requirements
· 2+ years experience preferably as a technical recruiter
· History of high production in an agency environment
· Able to work independently with limited direct supervision
· Self-motivated
· Strong closing techniques and training
· Able to recruit on several disparate positions simultaneously
· Technical screening and behavioral-based interviewing skills
· Strong presentation skills
· Ability to identify passive and active candidates through multiple channels
