Triple Crown Consulting, LLC, is a recruiting firm catering to a niche market of high-end hardware and software engineering companies. We have very loyal clients nationwide and focus on positions such as Microchip design/verification, Hardware design and Embedded Software. Our Recruiters have an amazing opportunity everyday to earn an outstanding income that is only limited by their drive and commitment. We are currently looking to add a new Recruiter to our team, and are willing to provide hands on training for the right person.
In the position as a Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding candidates to fill engineering openings with our client companies. The majority of our candidates are highly educated and hold a minimum of a Masters degree. You will find these candidates using a variety of methods that we will train you on, including but not limited to direct sourcing (headhunting), getting referrals, industry networking, and creative online resourcing. We are not an internet recruiting firm. Once you have identified a candidate, you will then be responsible for interviewing that candidate, and if they are a suitable fit for our client, presenting their credentials to an internal Account Manager for submission to the client company. You will be responsible for taking that candidate through the entire interview cycle, consulting them along the way, and guiding them all the way through to the offer and acceptance stage. This includes negotiating salaries, relocation, and any other issues that may come up. During this process, you will have to work closely in a team environment with an Account Manager.
To be qualified for this position, you do not need previous industry experience. However, you do need to hold a 4 year college degree. Also, you need to show a track record of success in the positions that you’ve held up to date. Recent College Grads are welcome to apply! If you are already in the workforce, we prefer candidates who have had some of the following types of experience:
· Sales – both inside or outside sales, great phone skills,
great negotiating skills, strong client interface
· Marketing – verbal communication skills both in writing and over the phone
· Recruiting Agency – a previous position as a Recruiting Assistant,
Recruiter or Account Manager
· Project Manager – drives timelines and deadlines, able to
motivate team members

In return, you will receive excellent hands on training, and an opportunity to earn a very strong income. Our Recruiters start off on a Salary plus a competitive commission structure. Once they are trained and ready to do so, they have the option to move to a 100% commission plan where they have the most potential to earn top incomes.
