The responsibilities of the position include soliciting & maintaining professional relationships with Bay area companies, CxO level professionals, contacting clients to ascertain their personnel requirements, providing client companies with quality candidates, acting as a liaison between clients and potential job candidates, communicating with team members on relevant job openings and candidates available, and demonstrating excellent client service, negotiation skills, and follow through.
