Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who will play a critical role in sourcing and recruiting to meet our current business demands. The Technical Recruiter will join a tight knit team of HR professionals and will be provided with the challenge of meeting aggressive growth targets in a creative and collegial work environment.
Key accountabilities include:
· Develop and execute IT recruiting plans for IMC Financial Markets.
· Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within IT including but not limited to software developers, database administrators, systems engineers, quality assurance engineers, and network engineers.
· Improve processes and procedures for the full life cycle recruitment of new employees.
· Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
· Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
· Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
· Post openings on internet advertisements, with professional organizations, on IT blogs, and in other appropriate venues.
· Find creative ways to source candidates without relying on placement agencies; manage a limited number of vendors for specialized searches.
· Create contacts within industry; constantly network to build IMC’s brand and attract top talent.
· Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
· Conduct prescreening phone interviews.
· Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in recruiting software.
· Assist in performing references and background checks/screens for potential employees.
· Handle all candidate correspondence.
· Interview candidates on-site and assist in selecting employees.
· Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
· Perform other special projects as assigned.
· Maintain pertinent recruitment statistics. Participate in the design and monitoring of vacancy control, fill rate, turnover within first 6 months, and other key performance indicators.
· Actively participate in relevant projects and IT developments for recruitment purposes.
