We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organized candidate to fill the role of an In-House Technical Recruiter. This recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle of the recruit process while meeting our client's business needs. This role will require the recruiter to interface with all levels within our client's organization and conduct thorough requisition development. A successful candidate must be familiar with recruiting various technical positions simultaneously while providing excellent customer service to the client and potential candidates.

Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client's hiring needs in a time sensitive and high volume environment.
Place technical professionals in contract and or direct placement positions specializing in Quality Assurance Engineers/Tester, Web Developer, Project Managers, Bug Reporting Specialist, Database Analysts, Field Testers, Supply Chain Buyer and Technical Support positions.
Re-deploy established candidates to new opportunities when possible.
Effectively recruit viable candidates through various recruitment tools; internal database, internet, referrals, internet, user groups, cold calling and networks.
Responsible for checking references, processing new hire paper work, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers and closing candidates.
Screen for technical aptitude the following skill sets: black/gray/white box quality assurance testing, scripting, programming, development, Unix, network, automation, system administration, field testing, web development, and server storage experience.
Establish and maintain business relationships with candidates and client.

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of proven technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment implementing a wide range of staffing programs.
Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and research new technologies as needed.
PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel; technically savvy.
