Some of the duties and responsibilities of this position include recruiting candidates from various sources, interviewing applicants, and matching qualified employees in technical job classifications. Requirements:
You must have a minimum of three years experience in a sales or recruiting environment. The aptitude to communicate effectively and professionally is essential. The ability to be self, team and company motivated is expected, as is a professional demeanor and exceptional follow up skills. MS Office skills are required and will be utilized daily. Also required is a positive can-do solution-oriented attitude and a desire to make a long term commitment to a career opportunity that offers continual training.
