IT&E International is looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join their team based in Pottstown, PA.  The ideal candidate will be an aggressive, goal oriented individual who has the ability to think outside the box to employ new and proven techniques to source candidates.  This is an incentive based opportunity with excellent earning potential.

Successful candidates must have the following experience:

-          A minimum of 2 years experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency specializing in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotechnology industries. 

-          Recruiting candidates for:

                        - Computer system validation, utilities, facilities & cleaning validation

-  Mechanical/electrical computer system/ chemical engineering personnel.

-          Some experience with recruiting for clinical support personnel for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

-          Candidates must be familiar with recruiting systems and have a working knowledge of resources such as Linked in, Google searches in addition to other internet sourcing techniques.

-          Undergraduate degree desired experience in lieu of will be considered.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILTIES:

1.      Executing company staffing requisitions with minimal supervision.

2.      Administration and development of contacts.

3.      Development of leads, referrals and references.

4.      Ensure candidates are processed and required documentation is completed in accordance with company process and procedures.

5.      Maintain relations with staffed employees as the assigned.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY:

1.      Development of new business through contacts.

2.      Development of leads, referrals and references.

3.      Ensure staffing requisitions are executed and maintained to meet company schedule.
