The Technical Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of contract and Full Time employees, working for our clients as well as on Aculis' internal consulting staff.

Essential Functions

You are responsible for identifying, recruiting and placing qualified IT candidates at our client locations, as well as for our internal consulting teams. This entails:

1. Identifying appropriate potential candidates, thru a variety of means.
2. Contacting and enticing those candidates to pursue your openings.
3. Phone screening candidates for qualifications.
4. Conducting office interviews of candidates.
5. Presenting candidates to client managers, and arranging interviews.
6. Coaching candidates thru the interview process with client.
7. Debriefing candidates and managers after interviews.
8. Extending offers and arranging start dates.
9. Following up after placement with both client and employee to resolve any issues.
10.Maintaining appropriate records.

Requirements

1. 2+ years IT recruiting experience

2. Some knowledge of the software development process and software testing.

3. Knowledge of the job positions in IT and their associated skill sets
4. Proficient in MS Office, email systems, and use of the Internet.

5. Experience with candidate tracking software (i.e. CATS, Bullhorn or similar)

6. Experience with resume search engines including: Monster, Dice, Careerbuilder,    Craig’s List or other.
7. Have personal skills that include:
- the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to people
- strong problem solving abilities
- persistence
- enthusiasm
- asking questions and listening actively
- a "do it now" mentality.

Compensation

This position offers $30-40K salary (DOE), plus aggressive commissions and health / dental benefits.
