GoDaddy.com is looking for a results-oriented corporate technical recruiting professional who has experience in all aspects of recruiting and hiring technology professionals.  Your role will include staffing development, engineering, and other IT positions throughout our rapidly-growing company.  We are looking for an experienced, aggressive recruiter with a proven track record in the technical field.

What does the job entail?

    * Developing relationships with creative and technically inclined applicants
    * Recruiting top talent in the marketplace through sourcing and networking
    * Partnering with Go Daddy's hiring managers to fully understand the staffing strategy for their organizations
    * Managing full-cycle recruiting: Including packaging the candidate to present to the hiring manager and negotiating compensation packages

Are you a good fit?

    * Strong communication skills
    * Ability to support multiple hiring managers within our different technology groups
    * Demonstrated the ability to create a strong actively sourced applicant pipeline
    * Technical background



What do you need to do the job?

    * At least three years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting environment is required. Experience in staffing for the IT industry is strongly preferred.
    * Proven experience and expertise in utilizing innovative and creative recruiting techniques, sourcing, networking, etc. to locate strong technical candidates
    * The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service
