We are in need of 1 Technical Recruiter and 1 Account Executive

Technical Recruiter:
In order to be successful you must have / be:

• At least 1 year agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to develop new relationships with clients and candidates through cold & warm calls
• The Desire to determine the size of your paycheck based on your hard work
• Extremely organized
• Detail Oriented - A "perfectionist"
• Disciplined
• Strong work ethic
• Superb written & verbal communication skills
• Email / Internet whiz
• Very competitive - you must HATE to lose
• Out-Of-The-Box Thinker - Creative
• Ability to work independently
• College degree

Account Executive:
In order to be successful you must have / be:

• At least 1 year of business to business selling experience - preferably in the staffing industry.
• Ability to develop new relationships with clients through telephone calls, networking, & referrals
• Ability to see that every problem is an opportunity to provide a solution
• The Desire to determine the size of your paycheck based on your hard work
• Fearless - Tough - Able to handle rejection and move on
• High Energy
• Extremely organized
• Detail Oriented - A "perfectionist"
• Disciplined
• Strong work ethic
• Superb written & verbal communication skills - ENGLISH
• Email / Internet whiz
• Very competitive - you must HATE to lose
• Out-Of-The-Box Thinker - Creative
• Ability to work independently
• College degree
