Your Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or related engineering field strongly preferred

• EIT or PE certification a plus

• 2+ Years proven success in Outside Sales

• Experience working in civil construction industry strongly preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, submittals and other documents received from

the customer

• Experience working on a base salary plus variable compensation plan

• Excellent planning and time management skills

• Results driven - Desire to succeed and work independently

• Strong customer orientation

• Strong computer (Microsoft Office, Internet) skills

• No restrictions on driving privileges

• No more than 2 jobs (with different companies) in the last 5 years
