HEICO is currently recruiting for the position of Technical Sales Manager – MRO Shops within our Parts Group. Responsibilities will include:
  • Account Development, developing new MRO customers
  • Account Management, new part approvals and customer relationships
  • New product development and research
  • Presentations and training classes to customers
This position requires a highly motivated sales professional that has at least 5 years experience in technical sales and at least 3 years direct experience in MRO sales. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Sales. This position would work from a home office, but would travel extensively (50%).

Job Requirements:
  • Must have 5+ years of direct aviation selling experience
  • Undergraduate degree required, engineering related degree a definite plus
  • Knowledge of aircraft component overhaul, systems, mechanical or electronic components is a must
  • Must be an experienced professional, capable of giving presentations to groups of up to 20 people
  • Must be organized and “a finisher,” even when handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • This job requires a high level of attention for detail and excellent selling skills
  • Need a strong work ethic (willingness to work hard and long hours, when needed)
  • Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Ability to develop relationships at different levels of an organization
