Job Summary:  Technical, service and sales support to equipment owners and service agents.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with end users and service agents on service requirements and technical concerns.
  
• Support sales staff on service & technical issues as well as warranty terms & conditions that may arise on FBD equipment.
  
• Field Support in installation and troubleshooting FBD equipment.
  
• Other duties as needed and assigned in the support of Sales and Customer Service.

Requirements:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree or applicable technical school degree preferred.

·         Ability to travel 60%-75% of the time

·         Ability to work with little or no supervision

·         Excellent communication skills and abilities.

·         Must be well organized and utilize time management skills.

·         Detail oriented.

·         Skills and ability to interface professionally and responsibly with customers, service agents and visitors.

·        Computer literate with knowledge/experience in MS Office applications (Word, Access, Excel)
