Technical Support Analyst

Immediate need for a Technical Support Analyst for a stable company in the Lancaster area! This client provides a challenging, yet fun work environment. This client offers a competitive salary, benefits and salary raises!

While this is mainly a support role, employees have the opportunity to develop and implement new products and services for clients! Main duties will be to handle professional clients' phone calls and troubleshoot their application problems by reading through lines of codes. Some recent employee projects included:

  Engineering a new database upgrade and implementing on the client server

  Upgrading the help desk software


• 
  
  Creating a client webinar


• 
  
  Writing a new application installer


• 
  
  Integrating a new document management system for an international client
