You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies in the areas of networking, advanced storage devices in SCSI, Fibre Channel, TCP/IP communications (from packet level all the way up to application level), enterprise resource management, Internet security, including advanced encryption technology (public key and symmetric key cryptography).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will possess the following experiences:

• 1st level - end user phone support experience
• Basic PC hardware skills.
• Some Knowledge of Linux/UNIX and/or Windows NT/2000 operating systems. 
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work multiple shifts as required
• Understanding of networking, SCSI, tape drive, disk drive and RAID technologies is a plus
• A background in computer sciences/engineering, and/or computer networking is a plus.
