Technical Support Engineer

 

Direct Response Technologies, Inc., based in Pittsburgh, PA, is an industry leader in media services and technology solutions for the online marketing industry.  We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to add to our Technical Support Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance for clients using our products and services
  • Respond to client's help desk tickets via e-mail and phone
  • Regular interaction with clients to understand their issue and find a solution
  • Collect and organize internal information to resolve client issues
  • Prioritize customer issues based on severity and follow up accordingly
  • Multi-task several support issues at once
  • Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of all Direct Response supported products

Qualifications:

 

Experience

  • Previous work in technology industry
  • Application product support experience

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills - need to be able to replicate users technical problems, identify and correct the issue, and clearly communicate the solution
  • Understanding of HTML, a plus

Education

  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
