JOB REQUIREMENTS: Help Desk  

  • Experience in restaurant industry.
  • 5 years experience working with networked computer systems
  • Experience with POS systems ( Aloha 5.3 +)
  • Hands on experience with Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, and Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Understanding and experience with TCP/IP and DHCP
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • General PC hardware knowledge, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve over the phone

NICE TO HAVE: Comp TIA A+, Computer Security (Security +), Cisco Experience (CCNA), Microsoft (MCSE)
