JOB REQUIREMENTS: Help Desk
- Experience in restaurant industry.
- 5 years experience working with networked computer systems
- Experience with POS systems ( Aloha 5.3 +)
- Hands on experience with Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, and Microsoft Office suite of products
- Understanding and experience with TCP/IP and DHCP
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- General PC hardware knowledge, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve over the phone
NICE TO HAVE: Comp TIA A+, Computer Security (Security +), Cisco Experience (CCNA), Microsoft (MCSE)
