Technical Support Representatives
Are you looking for an outstanding temp to hire opportunity? We are recruiting for a large international corporation with a local call center in Henderson, NV. We are seeking qualified candidates with 6 months technical support and call center experience. Candidates will be taking incoming calls from external customers regarding technical issues, asking probing questions to determine root cause, record support calls in specified system, meet required service level/resolution/escalation, properly transfer all unresolved problems to appropriate internal group, locate and follow approved troubleshooting procedures to solve technical issues. Candidates must be flexible for shifts 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. Candidates must pass Microsoft Windows XP, customer service and typing assessments. Interested qualified local candidates must present a resume with a stable work history.
Friendly, flexible, presentable, dependable.
Excellent customer service skills, strong computer and communication skills, good knowledge of technical help desk. Must be internet savvy and type 25wpm.
