We are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work in our customer support team in Dublin, OH for the following shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing technical support via telephone and email for Veeam Software’s client
Analyzing, diagnosing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to software product problems and questions
Communicating effectively with Sales Representatives
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Monitoring ticket queues and documenting work related to assigned cases and tickets
Contributing to ongoing documentation in an effort to build Veeam’s knowledge base
Skills and Requirements:
Must have server administration experience in a Windows environment
VMware or Microsoft virtualization technology experience is strongly desired
Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), Systems Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and HP OpenView Operations experience strongly desired
Must have excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
Must have demonstrated customer support experience
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
