A New York Metro Area Integrator is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in the NY Metro area
Immediate Opening, Full Time, Permanent Position offering Salary/Benefits
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with phone support inquires, assess, diagnose problem or issue and resolve effectively utilizing remote software.
Deploy hardware and software applications.
Document finding and resolutions for future reference.
Break/Fix troubleshooting and repair of desktop computer.
Printer experience a plus.
Install and configure Blackberry devices.
Active Directory knowledge a plus..
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two-year degree or equivalent experience, and two years of work in an information systems environment.
A Valid Drivers License.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows based environment including Office 2003 and above. Experience working on a Microsoft Windows networking environment.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN based environment with TCP/IP, DHCP, and relational database skills are helpful.
Proven problem solving ability and excellent communications skills.
Analytical and patient with technical details and strong customer service skills.
