Job Description
Come improve our Cvent product learning experience for both employees and clients! Cvent has an opportunity for a Trainer who can plan and implement high quality training on the Cvent product and evaluate the results of training delivered. This position will be part of Cvent’s Client Services and report to the Lead Trainer.
Position Duties:
· Ensure clients are product proficient through web-based and classroom trainings.
· Address internal product training needs across Cvent through instructor led and self paced instruction across all offices (US and India included).
· Develop original content, lesson plans and training programs for both client and internal product training as needed.
· Maintain records of training performed and related assessment data.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of a formal training curriculum for all new hires coming through Cvent University twice a year.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of internal and client training programs and provide feedback to management and leadership.
· Develop resources for a self-service support portal including product guides, knowledgebase articles, new release documentation and video tutorials.
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
· Specialized degree in Training and Development or other relevant field (i.e. Education, Instructional Design) preferred
· 4+ years of related experience
· Experience in specialized software training a plus
· Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and document training and support for clients and employees.
· Demonstrated ability to create and implement training for multiple delivery mediums (eLearning, job aids, and instructor-led training).
· Professional written and oral communication skills.
· Collaborative and interpersonal communications skills with an ability to build productive working relationships with immediate team members, other department managers/employees, and outside entities.
