Technical Writer responsible for:

·         Designing, writing and authoring software, Smarts and Integration Online Help, Instruction Manual, and Quick Start Guide.

·         Work closely with Software/Smarts Engineering for all HELP functions needed in Digital Solutions.

·         Consolidate the source of HELP for all media, all format and for rendering (Online help, IM, Guide, etc.) in single consolidated source for publishing.

·         Bring all software online help into state of the art technology and user centric rendering.

·         Create and publish Online tutoring and seemly integration into Software solution in application, installation, and Web enabled application.

·         Able to create and maintain Engineering Knowledge base in Web format a needed.

 Experience Required:

·         Adobe toolset, Web help toolset

·         Solid technical writing skills and sufficient art capability.

·         Working experience in Windows OS, Access, PPT, Adobe Flash, and Acrobat Professional.

·         RoboHelp, HMI application, equipment and hardware aptitude.

·         Great personal skills working with engineers.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment..

Education Required:

·         BS/MS in EE, CS or equivalent.
