Job Summary:
Writes software manuals, release notes, and installation instructions; tests software and corresponding documentation, incorporates changes from software releases into existing online help, and reviews published material to recommend revisions to content and format.
Employee works with SMEs to provide material for internal and external customer training. Participates in the internal training process as well as customer training/implementation projects.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants possess the following:
• Bachelors Degree in English or related field
• Experience in the convenience store and/or wholesale petroleum industries
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
Proficiency with MS Word is required, and experience with AuthorIT, Adobe®, Full Shot© and training a plus. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, proactive, interested in technology and excel in a fast-paced environment.
