The Judge Group has an immediate opening for a Functional Spec Writer in Philadelphia.  Must be a U.S. Citizen.  Active Security Clearance highly desired.

• Take a requirement and turn it into a functional spec. - functional spec writers
• Perform Functional and Technical Analysis and Provide Supporting Documentation
• Support for the analysis of requirements and the preparation of documents addressing the functional and technical solutions such as sustainment documentation including continuity of operations plans and user and maintenance manuals and technical and installation guides. 
• These documents consist of functional requirements and technical considerations that must be addressed together so that the resulting solution adequately meets the customer's requirements in a manner that can be readily implemented and sustained. 
• Production of these documents will require coordination among the functional analysts, the technical design team, the information assurance and sustainment teams, and the software developers. 
• Must establish individual agreements between the PMO and its partners, including the Military Services, the Defense Automatic Addressing Services Center (DAASC), and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). 
• The work products under this task will be sustainment documentation including continuity of operations plans and user and maintenance manuals; technical and installation guides; and performance based agreements.
