NetVersant- is currently interviewing for an exceptional ELECTRONIC SECURITY (access control) and SURVEILLANCE (CCTV) TECHNICIANS. 

GENERAL SUMMARY

Works with general supervision of the Operations Manager, or other designated position to prepare install security and surveillance systems and equipment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KNOWLEDGE

·         Assists co-workers with installation and routine maintenance of electronic security (access control) and surveillance devices/equipment (CCTV)

·         Removes and rearranges equipment at on-site locations

·         Tests, adjusts and troubleshoots equipment

·         Provides appropriate customer service when responding to a customer request or fulfilling project requirements

·         Handles orders, paperwork and transports materials to work-site

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years in related field
• 1-2 years experience installing and servicing CCTV and access control systems.
• Access Control - GE (preferred Casi, Infographics and Facility Commander certifications), AMAG certified, and Honeywell Certified preferred
• Intrusion - Bosch/Radionics preferred
• CCTV - OnSSI, Ewatch, Vicon, and Pelco preferred
• 1 year performing equipment troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance for Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion Detection systems.
• Applicants must have a current driver's license with a good driving record.
• Capable of working effectively with co-workers and fulfill customer requests
