


Testing IT computer equipment and related peripheral devices. · Providing information and basic training to users on various application functions. · Identifying, isolating, installing, and resolving operational problems related to user hardware and software, acting as a liaison between user and Enterprise staff to resolve hardware and software failures and malfunctions determining whether problem is system related, hardware, software or operator, providing technical advice. · Researching and recommending viable system alternatives, products and services to existing user configuration and tagging equipment for inventory and maintaining delivery, installation and trouble call records. · IT hardware and software refresh, implementation, moves, adds and changes (MAC's), maintenance, asset management and problem management and resolution engineering. · Working knowledge of Intel based platforms · Working knowledge of PDAs, laptops, and associated peripherals devices.

· Minimum three years experience installing and troubleshooting; computer hardware, software and related peripheral equipment. · Must be proficient in resolution of technical problems/issues · Able to leverage customer relationships · Excellent communication skills. · Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

*** VTC/telcon experience would be ideal.
Secret Clearance preferred, ability to obtain secret clearance required.
