SUBSTATION RELAY TECHNICIANS needed in Colorado. Responsibilities - Responsible for work installing, maintaining and repairing protective relays in the company's transmission and distribution system
Requirements - Requires 2 year degree or certification, BS degree is preferred, and 5+ years of experience with protective relays
- Must have the skills for installing protective relay systems components, startup testing of substation additions and new substations, plus all associated equipment
- Requires skills to maintain metering and telemetering circuits as well as investigate, troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, maintain relay equipment and systems, electro-mechanical, static, digital, micro processor protective relays and relay systems
