Pro-active training, on hands training, mentor training. ** Previous Technology / Healthcare Staffing experience PREFERRED ** JOB SUMMARY: The Account Manager/Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building. * Develop and implement successful and innovative selling techniques
* Establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline in the surrounding territory. * Prepare and execute formal sales presentations. * Create a long-term relationship with accompanying recruiter. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Successful track record of selling small to medium size accounts. * Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills. * Demonstrated organizational and planning skills. * Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction. * Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills. * Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively. EDUCATION: * Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
