As part of our team, you'll work with IT industry experts, making significant contributions to the overall success of projects. You will also have the opportunity to pursue certifications and participate in various training initiatives related to your career interests.
 
The candidate's primary responsibility will be to provide computer operations and tier 1 level system administration for the operations and maintenance team.   Candidate would be required to provide monitoring and maintenance of mission critical information technology systems on one of three shifts: day, eve or mid.  The candidate would be responsible providing detailed reporting of monitored systems and providing timely notification and conveyance of pertinent technical information to on-call system administrators in the event of a system failure or degradation. 



  • This position requires US citizenship and an Active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Working and practical knowledge of MS Office desktop applications, including, but not limited to: Exchange, Word, and Excel.

  • Experience troubleshooting MS Windows and/or UNIX workstations and/or servers.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. 

  • Must have atleast 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline desired but not required

  • Experience in DoDIIS IT support operations a plus

  • Experience in customer service a plus
