Project Coordinator
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will report to the Director of Project Management and/or Deployment Leaders in executing our deployment projects. This individual will interface heavily with the deployment team to help drive projects to completion. The Project Coordinator will assist in coordinating all necessary details to ensure the successful completion of projects. This person must have the capacity, critical thinking, and time management skills to handle multiple projects at any given time. He or she should be excited to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change, process, and innovation.
Project Responsibilities:
- Support multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a command of details, timelines and action items.
- Be the “go-to” person for the Deployment Leader to assist in activities that are crucial to execution. These activities include, but are not limited to: risk tracking, issues tracking, meeting coordination, schedule development, and document management.
- Foster a collaborative team environment among internal teams.
- Anticipate and proactively solve problems.
- Build positive relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- College degree is prefered
- Two years of experience in project management. Must be currently pursuing at least the CAPM (Certified Associate of Project Management).
- Ethical, positive, and autonomous individual able to prioritize tasks according to importance.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task to meet project objectives
- Ability to quickly solve problems in a fast paced environment
- Desire to grow professionally and personally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including MS Project and MS Visio.
