Technology Lead / Technology Analyst

Job Responsibilities

User requirements gathering, translation to Use Cases, development of high level and detailed designs, coding, unit and system testing.  Coordinating with business, IT team, offshore team.

Technical skills required

Knowledge and Experience in the following for Trizetto FACETS : 

• User requirements gathering, Use Case design and analysis, Use Case specification. 
• Broad Knowledge in reviewing Test Procedures, creating Test plans and detailed test plans for UAT, Test scenario, defining Test cases, both System & Integration.
• Data Model for FACETS
• Detailed Design and core development.
• FACETS Interface development

Behavioral skills required

Solid communication skills (written and oral)

Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams (onsite/offshore)

Desirable technical/behavioral skills

.NET, JAVA

Expected experience range

Minimum 3 years & Maximum 10 years

Education

Bachelor’s required
