Jack Morton’s Digital team is looking for a Tech Lead to provide technical expertise to the greater Jack Morton client team from opportunity to discovery and through execution.  Additionally, this role must write supporting functional requirements/specifications to the technology solution and provide support to the digital execution team when needed.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

• Collaborate with the Jack Morton client team (Account Directors, Creative Directors, Producers…) to identify technology solutions to the client’s business challenge
• Support sales team in the new business process:  educate team on technology solutions, implementation and deployment options and answer applicable RFP questions
• Support the client team by thoroughly understanding the client’s technology capabilities
• Continue to research new technology solutions and market trends

Execution

·         Act as primary contact with Jack Morton client team and external client team throughout the duration of the project

• Implement best practices and processes & maintain documentation to reflect implementation decisions
• Write functional requirements and specifications and alter as needed if issues arise that are challenging or ambiguous
• Track throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure it continues to meet business requirements
• Review and/or author additional documentation including QA, etc…

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a IA/UX/QA/Developer role; experience in an agency a plus
• Expert knowledge of development languages, operating systems and technology platforms
• Deep understanding of software development processes
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and project teams
• Ability to communicate complex topics and concepts to a diverse audience
• Proven ability to use analytical and creative reasoning to identify and solve issues within projects
