We are currently seeking a Group Marketing Coordinator for our Technology & Life Sciences (T&LS) and International industries to be located in either our Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego Offices. The Group Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing and sales team members to execute firm wide initiatives. The coordinator will also work with industry specific departments to support their marketing and communication needs related to specific initiatives and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain prospect, client and referral source lists
- Support the GMM for T&LS and International in operational activities, internal and external communication programs
- Support the development of T&LS and International proposals by researching companies, updating and maintaining references and lists, updating and maintaining bios for lead partners/sr. managers
- Building and maintaining the T&LS and International SP sites and house all relevant sales and marketing resources technical resources, strategic plans, metrics, on the site
- Create PowerPoint presentations, pitch books for life sciences, SEC/T&LS + International, Clean Tech, Value-Added services (T&LS focused), etc.
- Coordinate the logistical details of content development, including MANow Zines, articles, Webinars. Assist in distributing the content, working together with Group Marketing Manager and
- Public Relations professionals
- Maintain intranet and SharePoint T&LS and International sites as well as mossadams.com T&LS and International pages. Write articles for intranet
- Manage logistics for annual T&LS and International conferences including event details, communications with T&LS and International teams and firm, overall
- Support internal communications efforts including writing articles for intranet, liaising with office sales and marketing personnel, obtaining and providing target lists, producing quarterly firmwide T&LS and International updates
- Manage updating and ordering of all T&LS and International collateral and promotional material
- Create and maintain venture capital (VC) initiative list, track wins from VC relationships, track contact with VCs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required
- 3-5 years of related experience required
- Professional services and understanding of T&LS and International business segments preferred

- Teamwork – collaboration with office leaders and marketers, valuing differences, team participation, collaboration
- Communicating – sharing, listening, writing, speaking, updating, probing, etc.

- Efficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Explorer) are essential
- Willingness to travel to the industry’s key geographical markets as well as to marketing meetings/conferences
