The Technology Producer is primarily responsible for gathering technical requirements, performing evaluations and presenting solutionsfor the technical phases of HUGE engagements. The Tech Producer works closesly will cross-functional teams to define and document technical requirements to be translated into specifications. They are also responsible for the successful execution of technology engagements, managing developers and QA teams alike.Typical projects include the analysis, development and customization of content management systems (such as Teamsite and Alfresco), integration of community platforms, advanced e-commerce (using products like ATG and airline booking platforms) in addition to other platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities:
The Technology Producer is responsible for the entire life cycle for high complexity projects including but not limited to: research and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and documentation- following and evolving HUGE's standards and procedures. Technology Producers will work primarily with Java engineers and client-side developers (HTML, CSS, JS, Flash), but experience or exposure to other server-side technologies is a definite plus. In addition to Technology staff, the Technology Producer will work across the entire project team, interacting with a cross-disciplinary team consisting of interaction designers, visual designers, quality assurance and project managers to lead the implementation of fully functional websites and applications for our clients using above technologies. The day-to-day work will also entail heavy client and vendor contact.

• 3+ year experience as a Technology Producer in an Agency environment
  
• Must have led large-scale development
  
• Direct experience with ECM/WCM systems (Teamsite, Alfresco, or others)
  
• Direct experience with e-commerce applications
  
• Strong understanding of highly-interactive web sites and applications
  
• Strong knowledge of client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash)
  
• Strong knowledge of server-side Java technologies (JSP, JBoss, Servlets, JSF, Spring, etc.)
  
• Experience with development methodologies such as Agile, Microsoft Solution Framework and RUP
  
• Knowledge of project management principles, processes and software, including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead large scale software development projects to successful completion on time and on budget
  
• Ability to work with QA to schedule production support releases, coordinate utilization of QA environments, and ensure that appropriate business requirements are satisfactorily tested.
  
• 3+ years agency experience
  
• Knowledge of web analytics (Omniture, WebTrends, etc.)
  
• Experience with ad delivery and campaign management
  
• Experience with community-driven web applications and user-generated content
  
• Experience with ATG
  
• Understanding of content, workflow and data modeling
  
• Experience with SOAP and/or REST web services and service-oriented architectures
  
• Knowledge of hosting environments (Unix, Linux and/or Windows)
  
• Experience with project management methodologies, building and managing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, etc.
