Required Skills/Experience:
- 1+ years of experience of recruiting experience within the Information Technology space or related sales experience. Related sales experience will include lead generation, lead qualification, and closing.
- College Graduate with work, internship or leadership experiences that demonstrate success.
- Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude.
- Documented track record of exceeding goals - You Thrive on Winning!
- Advanced interpersonal skills and closing expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Technical recruiter, you will have access to our deep & established database and the internet to source, screen, interview, and qualify top IT professionals around the country such as application developers, project managers, business analysts, quality assurance, testers, and database analysts. You will do full life cycle recruiting to include negotiating, presenting offers, closing, prepping for client interviews and maintaining long term relationships with candidates and consultants.
