Lynx is currently hiring an Entry-level Technology Recruiting Associate to help our client companies recruit high-achieving software professionals. This is definitely for a “people person”, and the work has a sales-like nature to it. You will be heavily involved with researching, networking, and building relationships, discovering candidates’ career goals, and, if appropriate, helping introduce them to managers at hiring companies and be the go-between throughout the entire interview and negotiation process.

You do NOT need to have a technical background to succeed with us. You DO need to have excellent people and relationship-building skills, and a high level of intelligence, curiosity, and drive to excel. We'll mentor you and we'll invest in your growth and development.
