Software Sales National Account Executive

Zywave is the leading provider of growth-minded technology solutions at the fingertips of the most successful financial brokers, advisors, and planners.  Zywave seeks a National Enterprise Sales Representative to target larger enterprise sales in North America. This person will employ a consultative sales process while hunting for new business and leverage existing relationships to create recurring revenue.

 

Our Sales Representatives work directly with decision makers to grow strategic relationships. With a 12-week paid training, our sales professionals are positioned for success and consistently able to meet and exceed goals.

 

During the first year selling with Zywave, a Sales Representative has the opportunity to earn over $150,000 between base pay and un-capped commission.  In addition, members of our team compete to attend a tropical Leaders Club incentive trip, among many other perks.

 

Including the above, essential functions include:

 

·          Execute full-cycle, complex, enterprise sales while working closely with C-level employees within Key Accounts to determine appropriate solutions.

·          Develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts in North America and create individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts.

·          Recommend innovative client solutions based upon the customers’ objectives and in alignment with Zywave revenue and margin goals, and identify whitespace opportunities through strategic and tactical internal and external collaboration.

·          Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown.

·          Work with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.

 

Skills/Requirements:

 

·          Minimum of 5 years year of strategic (non-commodity) sales experience in business products or services.

·          The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.

·          Demonstrated track record in closing new business and exceeding sales targets. Ability to overcome objections to achieve results.

·          Strong marketing orientation with the ability to develop strong strategies to increase market share.

·          Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations.

·          Knowledge of the financial advising/planning industry helpful but not required.

·          Demonstrated computer systems knowledge, including web technologies, CRM, employee self-service platforms recommended, but not required.

·          Personal credit card, or functional equivalent, required for business expenses which shall be reimbursed pursuant to company policy.

·          Must live in assigned territory and have the ability to work from a remote home office.
