The Technology Engineer/Specialist supports the technology transfer of drug substance/drug substance intermediate manufacturing. His or her primary job responsibilities include the following-
Facility, equipment, and procedure suitability assessment for drug substance manufacturing
Batch record development
Process data management
Technical troubleshooting and deviation investigation
Equipment/facility startup and change control support
Production campaign initiation support
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. Candidates are expected to have fundamental knowledge in typical biopharmaceutical unit operations such as cell cultivation, cell separation, chromatography, and membrane-based separation. Candidates are also required to have prior working experience in a cGMP environment.
