IP Telephony/IT Services Entry-Level Account Executive
Kidwell is seeking highly motivated individuals with an interest in emerging technologies to join our corporate sales team in an entry-level position. Our Account Executives play a critical role in the development and success of our unique organization. The sales team’s function will be to work closely with customers to determine custom IP Telephony applications and/or IT Network solutions in addition to providing ROI’s and business value. This will include prospecting/cold calling, conducting sales calls, providing product demonstrations, business planning, and proactively managing a sales pipeline to maximize your success.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for revenue targets associated with your assigned territory along with group revenue targets as part of the overall operating plan. You will also be responsible for the daily sales functions such as driving revenue, managing selected system integrator partners, including business planning and pipeline management, developing a deep understanding of the capabilities of our services and products, conducting technical demonstrations, and assisting in formulating deals. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales plans with in your territory.
This is a unique position within Kidwell. Although this is an entry-level position, the sales and technical training will be comprehensive and thorough. Your performance and growth will be reviewed on a monthly basis and if your performance warrants, expanded opportunities will be available to you.
Requirements:
· No sales experience required. Candidates must have a track record of thriving in a team environment, and be self-motivated to succeed.
· A bachelor’s degree or 2-year associate’s degree is preferred, but not required. Sales experience can be substituted for education.
· Minimum of 40 hours per work week.
· Frequent local travel in or around the Lincoln and Omaha markets.
· Must enjoy working with and learning about technology.
· Must enjoy making calls and prospecting over the phone.
Compensation:
· Base salary of $22,000 with the potential to earn between $50,000- $60,000 with commission
