Telecom Expense Management Auditor

 

Work with clients to understand telecommunications needs to reduce overall telecom costs.  After reviewing current services researches and develop service options.  Reviews alternatives with client and implements any approved changes.

  • Audit/analyze telecommunications cost data associated with all types of voice,network,data and wireless services to develop a comprehensive plan for the client.
    • Validate complex rate elements and factors that drive client costs using complex research and analysis.
    • Pinpoint anomalies between client call detail records and invoices supplies by vendors.
    • Validate variable cost usage rate elements and factors.
  • Research and present service alternatives for consideration by the client.
    • Comprehend industry tariffs,service guides, and contracts.
    • Negotiate with telecommunications vendors to obtain best pricing for services.
  • Work with vendors to implement services following client approval and track project completions.
    • Negotiates with telecommunications vendors to complete moves, adds or changes for savings items.
    • Tracks orders to ensure implementation is completed and review invoices to verify savings.
  • Create documentation for presentation and approval for service change with the clients and tracks all approval savings or implementation items.
  • Assists in ordering Customer Service Records and creating summaries of client inventories.
  • Other job responsibilities as directed by management including Director of Audit, Director of Operations, and/or Solberg Adams LLC owners. Training for other Solberg Adams personnel as directed by management.

Qualifications:

 

Two to five years telecom services account management or project management for business services.

Thorough knowledge of voice, data, network and/or wireless telecom services.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail critical to success.

Project management skills desired.

Self motivated, independent worker.

Management and supervisory experience a plus.

Superior software skills, especially in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
