Description:
Avaya Communications field engineer with extensive knowledge of Avaya's Voice Platforms - Avaya Communication Manager 5.x with 83xx - 87xx and ESS - All Gateways, Modular Messaging - Knowledge of Private Dial Plans - Knowledge of SIP and VoIP.  Knowledge of IP Office 500 system.  Duties will include daily configuration changes, troubleshooting, and support of existing client base, as well as design and installation of new client telecommunication platforms. 

Skills/Qualifications:
Knowledge of IP Office, Definity and Server platforms is required.  Certifications with Avaya Communications are a plus and strongly welcomed. 

Basic knowledge of networking, VoIP and SIP is required.
